By creating an account, downloading Sofia, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Sofia for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Sofia is a native desktop operating system for AI Office, ZenCoder, and related company tools. The website provides accounts, billing, downloads, and support. Features marked as roadmap or “when available” are not guaranteed on any fixed date.

• You must provide accurate registration details (including a valid phone number).
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and device link codes.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, reverse-engineer paid features, or violate law.

Paid plans and credit top-ups are priced as shown on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscription renewals continue until cancelled. AI usage may consume included Sofia credits; exhausted credits may pause paid model calls until you top up or renew.

Subject to these Terms and a valid plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Sofia for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, rent, or provide Sofia as a hosted service to third parties without our written consent.

You must not use Sofia to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, or abusive automated traffic.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other customers’ data.
• Circumvent plan limits, credit metering, or licensing controls.

Sofia, its branding, software, and content remain owned by Sofia and licensors. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Sofia may call third-party AI and infrastructure providers using company-managed keys. Those providers’ terms apply to their processing. Outages or policy changes at third parties may affect features.

Sofia is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated work before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sofia’s total liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
