We may collect:

• Account details: name, email, phone number, password (hashed).
• Billing details: plan, payment status, and Razorpay transaction references (we do not store full card numbers).
• Usage and device data: login IP, device link tokens, credit usage for AI features, and basic product analytics.
• Support communications you send to us.

• To create and secure your account and deliver Sofia downloads / entitlements.
• To process subscriptions, top-ups, invoices, and refunds via Razorpay.
• To provide customer support and service notices.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• To improve product reliability and features (aggregated / limited personal data).

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI, and net-banking credentials are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are subject to Razorpay’s privacy policy. We receive payment confirmation identifiers, amount, and status needed for fulfillment.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (for example hosting, email, and Razorpay), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution (typically up to 8 years for financial records in India, or as applicable law requires). You may request deletion of account data subject to legal retention duties.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 7 business days.

Sofia is intended for business and professional users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
